Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through mutual discussion shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in or nearest to Calgary, Alberta.

Arbitration

Where applicable, disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through informal discussions. If resolution is not achieved, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration administered under the Canadian Arbitration Association Rules, with the arbitration held in Calgary, Alberta, in English, before a single arbitrator. Each party shall bear their own costs.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
