While support is not “on call,” I do my best to accommodate requests within a reasonable timeframe and will confirm timing when each request is received.

At the end of each month, you’ll receive a simple summary outlining completed tasks and remaining hours so everything stays clear and easy to track.

Hours remain available for the full 3-month support period. Unused hours do not roll over beyond that timeframe
