Before we begin, we’ll establish your priorities together. Then, on your scheduled day, I’ll work exclusively on your Squarespace or Wix website—moving through that list thoughtfully and making as much meaningful progress as our time allows.

We'll spend four hours refining, troubleshooting, and improving your website so you can move forward with confidence.

01 / Choose Your Day
Reserve your Design Day directly from the calendar and secure your date with your first payment.
Only a limited number of intensives are offered each month.
02 / Tell Me What’s on Your List
Before your session, you’ll complete a thoughtful onboarding questionnaire covering your website, goals, concerns, and priorities.
I’ll review everything ahead of time so we can use our time together well.
03 / I Get to Work
On your scheduled day, your website has my full attention.
I’ll work through our agreed priorities in order, keeping you updated as the day unfolds and reaching out if I need your input.
No live call required.
4. Review & Follow-Up
After our session, you’ll receive a summary of what was completed along with any recommendations for what I’d tackle next.
I’ll complete the included final refinements and you’ll have seven days of email support for questions related to our work together.

It depends on the size and complexity of your priorities, which is why we’ll establish a focused list before your session begins.
Some clients use their day to redesign several existing pages, while others focus on one larger project—like creating a new service page, implementing new branding, improving their mobile experience, or working through a collection of smaller website updates.
I’ll help you prioritize the work that will make the most meaningful difference and move through as much as we thoughtfully can during our time together.
It’s designed for business owners who already have a website, but need clarity, refinement, and expert support to bring everything together.

During onboarding, you’ll tell me what isn’t working, what you’d like to change, and everything currently sitting on your website wish list.
Before your session, I’ll review your website and priorities and organize them based on what I believe will have the greatest impact. We’ll agree on that list before I begin, so we both know exactly where the day is headed.

Design Day is best suited to focused improvements rather than a complete website-wide transformation.
Depending on the size of your site and the scope of the changes, we may be able to make substantial visual improvements during one day. However, if your website needs deeper work across strategy, messaging, structure, design, client experience, and SEO, the Website Reset will usually be a better fit.

Yes — I work with both Squarespace and Wix websites.
Yes! Design Days are available for existing Squarespace and Wix websites.
Because every website is a little different, you’ll share your URL and priorities during onboarding so I can familiarize myself with your site before our session begins.

Absolutely. SEO can be included as one of your Design Day priorities, whether that means optimizing a particular page, improving headings and page structure, refining metadata, reviewing image optimization, or strengthening other foundational elements.
If your website needs more comprehensive keyword research and site-wide SEO strategy, I may recommend my SEO Intensive or Website Reset instead so we have enough time to approach it properly.

You don’t need to sit on Zoom with me or block off your entire day. In fact, there are no live calls required.
I’ll have everything I need before we begin and will keep you updated as I work. I simply ask that you’re reasonably reachable by email in case a question or decision comes up that I need your input on.
Otherwise, you can get on with your day while I get on with your website. ☕️

Your priority list is intentionally a wish list rather than a guarantee that every item will be completed. Websites and individual tasks vary in complexity, and I’d much rather complete your highest priorities thoughtfully than rush through the list simply to check every box.
At the end of your session, I’ll let you know what was completed and provide recommendations for anything still outstanding.
If there’s enough left to warrant additional support, we can also talk about the best way to tackle the next phase.
