Everything is prepared in advance so the Design Day can focus entirely on implementation. I may reach out briefly if a quick decision is needed, but otherwise there is no expectation for you to be on calls or actively involved throughout the day.

You’ll receive a short onboarding guide with a questionnaire to clarify priorities, along with space to share any inspiration or content updates. Most clients spend about 1–2 hours preparing, and this ensures the day itself is used as efficiently as possible.

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a detailed summary outlining the updates completed and any recommendations moving forward.

You’ll also have the opportunity to request small refinements to ensure everything feels aligned. Following this, you’ll have 14 days of email support for any questions related to the work completed.

We focus on the highest-impact areas first. If additional work is needed, you’ll receive clear recommendations and can choose to book additional time if desired.
