A contained, high-efficiency implementation block designed to improve your website and tackle your outstanding to-do’s.

A structured preparation form after booking to define priorities, goals, your wishlist, and to and ensure we use the time strategically.
A devoted review of your site and priorities ahead of your Sprint so that implementation begins immediately when your session starts.
Five (5) dedicated hours of design, structural, and/or SEO updates on your Squarespace website.
All changes made during the Sprint will be optimized for mobile responsiveness to ensure your website looks polished on desktop and mobile devices the day after your sprint.
Within 24 hours, you will receive a written summary outlining all changes completed, along with any recommendations for next steps.
7 days of follow-up support via email for clarification related to the work completed during your Sprint.

THE SQUARESPACE INTENSIVE DAY
(8 Focused Hours)
A comprehensive website refinement intensive designed to create visible transformation in a single structured day.

A detailed preparation form immediately after booking so priorities are clearly defined and materials are ready before your scheduled day.
A comprehensive site review in advance and a structured plan for how your Strategy Day will be executed to ensure efficient use of time.
Eight (8) hours of undivided, focused implementation where I work exclusively on your Squarespace website.
During this time, I will complete significant layout restructuring, multi-page design refinement, hierarchy improvements, design polish, and strategic structural adjustments within the defined scope.
On-page SEO adjustments can be included if relevant to the project scope.
All redesigned or newly created sections will be optimized for mobile responsiveness the following day to ensure your site looks cohesive across devices.
Within 48 hours, you will receive a recorded video walkthrough explaining all changes made, along with a written report documenting completed work and any strategic recommendations moving forward.
14 days of post-intensive email support related to the work completed during your Strategy Day.

How it Works
This is a streamlined, hands-off process designed for busy business owners. There are no long onboarding calls or drawn-out timelines. Everything is structured, efficient, and clearly outlined from the start.
1. Book Your Date
Choose your 5-Hour Sprint or 8-Hour Strategy Day directly from the calendar.
Your date is secured once your payment is completed. Only two intensives are offered each month.
2. Complete Your Website Brief
Immediately after booking, you’ll receive a structured Website Brief where you’ll outline:
• Your main goals
• The pages or areas to focus on
• A prioritized task list
• A “wishlist” of anything that feels unclear or off
• Instructions to add me as a contributor
Everything is communicated clearly in writing so we can move easily.
3. Pre-Session Review
Once your brief is submitted, I review your site and create a focused execution plan.
Before your booked date, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining:
• What I’ll focus on
• The order of priorities
• What should be achievable within your time block
I work quickly and independently, so everything is ready before your session begins.
4. your sprint or strategy day
On your scheduled date, I work exclusively on your website for your booked hours.
You do not need to be on a live call. I may reach out if clarification is needed, but most sessions run smoothly without interruption.
All changes are made on duplicate versions of your live pages. Nothing is published until you review and approve.
5. review & finalization
At the end of your session, you’ll receive an email outlining which pages are ready for review.
Feedback is requested within 24 hours so we can finalize efficiently.
6. mobile optimization
The following day, I complete mobile layout refinements for the pages we worked on.
This does not count toward your booked hours.
7. documentation & support
Sprint clients receive a written report outlining all completed changes.
Strategy Day clients receive a written report plus a recorded walkthrough video explaining the updates.
You’ll also receive your designated support window for any follow-up questions related to the completed work.
