Ridge Marketing & Strategy is a Manitoba-based fractional marketing expert serving businesses in Brandon and Winnipeg. After years of leading marketing initiatives in corporate environments, she stepped into business ownership — bringing deep expertise, clarity, and strategic thinking with her.
The challenge?
Despite her experience, she wasn’t being found online in her target region. And when she was, she was competing against larger, well-established marketing firms dominating local search results.
This project focused on repositioning Ridge as the strategic authority she is, elevating her digital presence to match her expertise, and building a strong local SEO foundation that would allow her to compete, and win, in Brandon and Winnipeg search results.

Design & Messaging Strategy
The “before” site had strong foundations but felt visually flat and slightly corporate-heavy. The structure didn’t fully differentiate Ridge from traditional marketing agencies, and the hierarchy wasn’t clearly positioning her as a strategic partner.
In the redesign, we:
Rebuilt the homepage to immediately clarify her positioning as a fractional marketing expert
Strengthened headline clarity and on-page messaging
Refined typography hierarchy for better readability and SEO structure
Introduced stronger visual contrast and intentional color blocking (deep teal sections, strategic use of white space, elevated imagery)
Reworked page flow to guide visitors through problem → solution → credibility → action
Enhanced photo use to show leadership presence and expertise (less “stock corporate,” more strategic and grounded)
